XRD2 Evaluation Plug-in – Get powder data from your SC-XRD system
Mount a powder-filled capillary on your single crystal solution and start the XRD2 plug-in. Data collection starts automatically and diffraction frames from different detector settings are automatically combined into one composite image. Take advantage of the superior counting statistics of the 2D powder diffractogram.
Use Bruker’s full suite of DIFFRACplus powder software for a detailed analysis or just for the comparison of diffraction patterns from bulk material with the data from the single crystal.
Bruker provides a large number of solutions for an even more advanced analysis of powder samples.
