X-ray Tubes
The sources and the tubes are key components for any type of materials analysis by means of X-ray diffraction, X-ray scattering, X-ray fluorescence analysis, or chemical or biological structure determination. A choice of X-ray tubes with either high-brightness or high overall flux is provided, not only for Bruker AXS’ own analysis systems.
Additionally, for optimum coupling of the tube with the first primary beam optical component dedicated X-ray sources and tubes were developed.
