Terms and Conditions for Promotional Giveaway


ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Bruker Elemental and its affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

TO ENTER: To enter visit the Bruker Elemental web site and click on any of the Promotional banners and complete the contact form. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED between October 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible entries, or failed network or computer communications. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

PRIZES: Winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following.
a.  6 months use  of S1 TURBOSD LE Handheld XRF Analyzer
b.  6 months use of Q2 ION Spark Spectrometer
c.  6 months use of G4 ICARUS HF Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer
d.  Consumables for up to 10,000 analysis's for Carbon & Sulfur determination

PRIZE DRAWING: Winner will be selected on or about April 1, 2011 in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Bruker Elemental, whose decisions are final.
Should the winner decide that they do not want any of the prizes, a new drawing will take place using all of the remaining entries.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of valid entries received.

CONDITIONS: Prize option c and d are limited to North America. All other prize options are available worldwide. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Freight and any applicable taxes, duties, licensing and registration requirements are the winner’s responsibility. Installation and training will be provided by Bruker Elemental or one of our distributors. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Bruker Elemental is not responsible for, and winner agrees to release Bruker Elemental, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers and agencies and their respective officers, directors and employees from, any liability associated with the drawing and/or acceptance or use of a prize. By participating in Bruker’s promotional drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions by Bruker Elemental which are final.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER: The winner will be announced on our website sometime after April 1, 2011.
