OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Bruker Elemental and its affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Due to regulatory issues, no entries from Canada will be accepted. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

TO ENTER: To enter visit the Bruker Elemental web site. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED between February 1, 2010 and April 30, 2010. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible entries, or failed network or computer communications. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

PRIZES. Winner will receive one (1) Bruker S1 SORTER Handheld XRF Analyzer.

PRIZE DRAWING. Winner will be selected on or about May 3, 2010 in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Bruker Elemental, whose decisions are final.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of valid entries received.

CONDITIONS. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the winner has purchased an S1 SORTER during the period of the contest (February 1 to April 30, 2010) then the winner will have a choice of either a) rebate check for the amount of the S1 Sorter or b) an S1 Sorter. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Any taxes, duties, licensing and registration requirements are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Bruker Elemental is not responsible for, and winner agrees to release Bruker Elemental, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers and agencies and their respective officers, directors and employees from, any liability associated with the drawing and/or acceptance or use of a prize. By participating in Bruker S1 Sorter drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions by Bruker Elemental which are final.
