SPECTRAplus Version 1.7 for S4 WDXRF Systems Applications Training
Four and one-half days of intensive training on the fundamentals of X-ray spectrometry, sample preparation and SPECTRAplus software for Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (WDXRF) systems. This course applies to users of SPECTRAplus Version 1.7 software on an S4 PIONEER, S4 EXPLORER, SRS 3400, SRS 3000, SRS 303 or SRS 300 Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer. The course will be conducted in English.
