QUANTAX ESPRIT- Easy Operation, Reliable Results
The modern graphic user interface displays all information important to the analyst at a glance and provides immediate access to the functions most frequently required. Several modes, like overview or full screen display support an effective operation.
The simple operating philosophy and the intuitive navigation, the integrated "Assistant", and the comprehensive online help allow even beginners to quickly familiarize themselves with the system.
The efficiency, the flexibility, and the transparency of the analytical software are very convincing. The possibility of an interactive, step-by-step execution of the spectra evaluation will prove to be a great help, in particular with more complicated analytical tasks.
Incorporation of the recently revised and extended atomic data library is an industry first by Bruker AXS Microanalysis and one of the most important fundamentals for more precise qualitative and quantitative analyses, especially in the low energy range below 1 keV.
ESPRIT Spectrum
The basic software package for spectra acquisition and qualitative analysis. Spectra acquisition with accurate, hardware-supported real time, live time, or event counter pre-selection. Automatic spectra correction for all known detector artifacts (escape, shelf, tail, shift, ...).
ESPRIT Quant
Automatic software tools for standardless and standard-related quantitative spectra analysis. Various pre-defined spectra evaluation methods for typical analysis cases: polished samples, rough surfaces and particles (P/B-ZAF), thin layers (P/B-FILM), light elements (OLEQ) and polished bulk samples (Φ(ρ, z)), as well as Cliff-Lorimer quantification for TEM samples.
ESPRIT Imaging
Image acquisition software for an external scan system. Acquisition of X-ray enhanced color images. Provides digital image processing and 3D image visualization and measurement. Control of the motor stage in SEM’s and STEM’s. The ImageDrift function compensates the image shift of the scanned specimen area by comparing the actual image. It works in both the image and mapping acquisition modes.
ESPRIT MultiPoint
Automatic multipoint and object analysis. Graphical selection of points, rectangular areas or round shapes for measurement. Simultaneous or successive acquisition of spectra for selected objects. Atomatic evaluation of spectra by selectable methods.
ESPRIT LineScan
Fast spectral line scan or quantitative evaluation of line scan spectra database. Standardless quantitative analysis for all sample points including deconvolution and matrix correction. Automatic element identification and pre-defined or interactively optimized evaluation strategies.
ESPRIT Mapping
Fast digital element mapping for any number of chemical elements. Selectable scan area, resolution and scan speed. Standardless quantitative element mapping for any number of chemical elements. Automatic element identification and predefined or interactively optimized evaluation strategies. Free selection of display color and color intensity for each map.
ESPRIT HyperMap
Fast point resolved spectra accumulation and spectral processing. Data accumulation with frame averaging in a special database. Standardless quantitative element mapping, improved statistics for quantification by virtual reduction of point resolution. Different objects selectable for generation of sum spectra from collected database. This can be done during acquisition or any time afterwards, even if the sample has been stored or become otherwise unavailable. Maximum pixel spectra can be generated for the identification of trace elements that may only be contained in a single point of the HyperMap.
ESPRIT Data
Report generation and print formatting. Report templates for different standard analyses (line-scan, mapping, multi-point, ...) included. On-screen graphical editing of existing reports and report templates with familiar tools.
