Accommodation

The conference fee does not include accommodation. In order to help you with this matter, we are working with Destination Bristol to manage accommodation bookings for Seeing at the Nanoscale 2012. A special allocation of rooms has been secured with a variety of accommodation providers at a negotiated rate from 8^th July 2012 to 11^th July 2012.

Alternatively you may create new or amend existing reservations via www.ConferenceBookings.co.uk and entering the following event code: BRSNANO2012. Please note that you will need to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. No payment will be taken from this card. You will pay your chosen hotel directly upon arrival.

If you wish to amend or cancel your reservation this can be done via the system at any time prior to June 24^th, 2012 by entering your reservation number and password (you will receive a booking confirmation by email with this information). Click on www.ConferenceBookings.co.uk/delegate to go straight to the delegate booking page. After June 24^th, 2012 please contact your accommodation provider directly.
