PeakForce TUNA Quantitative Nanoscale Electrical Characterization
The PeakForce TUNA™ module enables for the first time conductivity mapping on fragile samples, such as organic photovoltaics, lithium ion cathodes, and carbon nanotube assemblies, while eliminating sample damage and tip contamination. This exclusive technology builds on Bruker's revolutionary PeakForce Tapping in conjunction with an innovative, high-bandwidth yet low-noise current amplifier to provide access to the full fA to μA current range without changing module or probe holder. PeakForce TUNA leverages the full power of the underlying PeakForce Tapping technology, including artifact-free imaging by eliminating lateral forces, unmatched ease of use with ScanAsyst, and directly correlated quantitative nanomechanical property imaging with PeakForce QNM™. The PeakForce TUNA Module is complemented by a complete new environmental control solution affording ppm-level control of oxygen and water for the most sensitive samples.
- Highest resolution current mapping on the most fragile sample
- Unmatched repeatability and consistency in nanoelectrical measurements
- Correlated nanomechanical and nanoelectrical properties
