Stages
- 12-inch X-Y Stage - This X-Y stage equips the NPFLEX with 12-inch motorization in the X and Y direction. Sample positioning is made easy with the joystick and software interface controls. Expanding the functionality of the system, this option provides automated routines multiple-point data collection and stitching capability for large area analysis. Its robust, low-profile design leaves the optimum amount of room for samples (up to 9-inches tall) with flexibility to handle 50kg of weight.
- 4-inch Motorized Stage - This motorized 4-inch, motorized stage is optimized for stitching applications. Tip-tilt in the base system is retained.
- 4-inch Manual Stage - This 4-inch manual XY stage features tip-tilt in the base and provides 100mm of travel.
- 300mm XY Stage - This 12-inch XY stage with auto tip tilt provides repeatable, reliable automation and sample positioning over 300mm of travel. It has an ESD compliant finish with encoders.
- 200mm XY Stage - This 8-inch XY stage with auto tip tilt provides repeatable, reliable automation and sample positioning over 200mm of travel. It has an ESD compliant finish with encoders.
- 200mm R-theta Stage - This 8-inch R-theta stage with auto tip tilt provides a two-axis stage with travel in the X axis, and a spindle to provide theta rotations.
