ESPRIT Software for EBSD
In the design of the ESPRIT software for EBSD Bruker Nano has taken great care to integrate it with the existing ESPRIT package for EDS. This makes it easy for the user to switch between both or to even acquire EDS and EBSD measurements simultaneously. The software also contains time-saving and comfortable automation features that make operation easy for all levels of users, from the novice to the expert.
