DIFFRACplus TEXTURE
TEXTURE is a software package for measurement and evaluation of pole figures.
- Control of the angles Theta, 2Theta, Chi, and Phi
- Control of the X-, Y-, and Z-translations
- Measurement in reflection according to Schulz and in transmission according to Decker, Asp, and Harker (depending on the hardware available)
- Step scan or continuous scan
- Background and absorption corrections
- Evaluation with or without correction by a non-textured sample (defocussing correction)
- Graphical presentation of pole figures in 2D and in 3D
